Major among them, removal of 118 steel columns, the obstructors, reduced seating capacity and only a replica of of the discarded and melted frieze, now made of cement and perched above and beyond the bleachers. i went to my first game in 1950, upper deck.... the angle so steep that when you stood -up and looked down you saw no seats in front of you.... maybe not that dramatic, I was just a kid! Anyway, for me the Yankee Stadium pictured is, Original 1A.

I have found that there are only three stages in a mans life..... Baggy butt toddler, firm butt junior thru to the ever popular 50's ( trust me the sports car doesn't firm the butt, just adds to debt) and lastly... Baggy butt senior to match baggy butt grandson.
