The North American F-86D 'Sabre"... Known briefly as the YF-95A, the F-86D made its first flight in 1949. It was developed as an all-weather interceptor version of the famed F-86A. The F-86D was used during the 1950s in the U.S. abd overseas to guard against possible air attack. It was the first U.S. airplane to have an all-rocket armament and the first all-weather interceptor to carry only one person for operating the radar fire-control system as well as piloting the airplane. In 1953 it set a new world speed record of 715.697 mph.

About John Schneider

John Schneider

I have found that there are only three stages in a mans life..... Baggy butt toddler, firm butt junior thru to the ever popular 50's ( trust me the sports car doesn't firm the butt, just adds to debt) and lastly... Baggy butt senior to match baggy butt grandson. Life in a nutshell, please enjoy the photographs. Please do not PIN images to any website.
