During her working retirement she did a stat turn in the 1970 movie 'Tora, Tora, Tora.
The Yankee Air Force/Yankee Air Museum purchased her in July, 1986.... Yankee Lady was given a complete rebuild and restoration... Flying again on July 13,1995.
The Yankee Air Force shows her off at air shows with static displays and offer a 'Flight Experience' which helps to support the aircraft and museum.
About John Schneider
I have found that there are only three stages in a mans life..... Baggy butt toddler, firm butt junior thru to the ever popular 50's ( trust me the sports car doesn't firm the butt, just adds to debt) and lastly... Baggy butt senior to match baggy butt grandson. Life in a nutshell, please enjoy the photographs. Please do not PIN images to any website.
